PRE-ORDER FAQs

1. What is a PRE-ORDER?

It is the advance order of an imported product from one or more stores in the U.S.A.

2. How do Pre-Orders work?
They work as follows: Every so often, IMPORT groups are opened. These groups are made up of customers who want to purchase exclusive caps from the U.S.A. On those days, we post stories on our social media or website with products from the best stores in the U.S.A., the customer chooses the product and contacts us through any social media sales channel or via the website itself.
3. How much can I reserve my order with?
  
The customer can reserve their product with a down payment of S/100, which will be deposited into our accounts.
4. What is the delivery time for my PRE-ORDERED product?
After the import groups are closed, the international purchase is made. The delivery time is between 2 to 3 weeks for the products to arrive in Lima.
5. Can I request a refund or size change for my PRE-ORDERED product?
If the customer wishes to make any size modification or cancel their pre-order, they can do so as long as the order is still open. Otherwise, once the order is closed, there is no possibility of size changes or refunds.
6. How long do I have to pay the remaining balance of my PRE-ORDER?
The customer has a maximum of 7 days to pay the outstanding balance. Otherwise, the product automatically goes into available stock for sale without the right to claim or refund.
